Token Sale Terms

Introduction

These Token Sale Terms govern the purchase of MoonCat Tokens (MCT) through our token sale platform integrated with MoonPay.

Sale Parameters

  • Token Symbol: MCT
  • Token Price: 0.005 USDT
  • Minimum Contribution: 100 USDT
  • Maximum Contribution: 50,000 USDT
  • Raise Goal: 2,000,000 USDT
  • Purchase Currency: USDT on UniChain

MoonPay Integration

KYC/AML Process

All token purchases are processed through MoonPay, which requires separate registration and compliance with their Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

Payment Processing

MoonPay handles all payment processing and identity verification. You must comply with MoonPay’s terms of service and provide all requested documentation to complete your purchase.

Token Distribution

Purchased tokens will be allocated directly to the wallet address associated with your purchase. Token distribution will occur according to the following process:

  1. Contribution is received and verified through MoonPay
  2. Smart contract allocates tokens to buyer’s wallet address
  3. Tokens become available for transfer once the sale concludes

Restrictions

The sale of MCT tokens is not available to citizens or residents of countries where such sales would be prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States.

Representations and Warranties

By participating in the token sale, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are not a citizen or resident of a prohibited jurisdiction
  • You are purchasing tokens for your own account and not as an agent
  • You have sufficient understanding of blockchain technology and cryptographic tokens
  • You are not purchasing tokens for speculative, investment, or financial purposes
  • You understand the risks associated with blockchain technology and token purchases

Cancellation and Refunds

All token purchases are final. There are no refunds or cancellations except as required by applicable law.

Tax Implications

You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your purchase of MCT tokens. We are not responsible for determining the tax implications of token purchases.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you disclaim any right or cause of action against MoonCat Token that would give rise to any damages whatsoever, on the part of MoonCat Token.

Governing Law

These Token Sale Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
