By accessing or using the MoonCat Token website, DApps, smart contracts, or any other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services Description
MoonCat Token offers cryptocurrency-related services, including but not limited to:
- MoonCat Token (MCT) – a cryptographic token on the UniChain blockchain
- Staking services for MCT tokens
- Token sale platform for MCT tokens
- Price feed integration via Pyth
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
User Accounts and Wallet Connections
To interact with our DApps, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, including any private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. We cannot and will not recover lost wallet access credentials.
Smart Contract Interactions
Risk Disclosure
Interactions with blockchain technology and smart contracts involve significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Volatility of cryptographic tokens
- Software vulnerabilities and bugs
- Regulatory uncertainty
- Network failures or congestion
- Potential for loss of funds
No Liability for Smart Contract Operation
While our smart contracts have been audited by CertiK, we cannot guarantee they are completely free from bugs or vulnerabilities. You understand and agree that you use our smart contracts at your own risk.
Token Sale Terms
MoonPay Integration
Token sales are facilitated through MoonPay, which requires separate registration and compliance with their terms of service and KYC/AML procedures.
Token Purchase Terms
- Minimum contribution: 100 USDT
- Maximum contribution: 50,000 USDT
- Token price: 0.005 USDT
- All sales are final and non-refundable
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and DApps, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Use the Services to engage in market manipulation or fraud
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
